Q1. What is the eligibility for being a member?
A. You must have passed the Matriculation/SSC from Dhaka Collegiate School.

Q2. What are the mandatory requirements during sign-up?
A. You will need the following:

• A recent photograph (preferably 400x400 px)
• Valid mobile number
• Valid email address
• SSC Roll and Registration Number
• Scanned copy of your SSC Certificate/Marksheet/Testimonial

Q3. I’ve completed all the steps, but can’t sign in. What should I do?
A. This may be due to incomplete verification. The system uses a two-step verification:

• Email Verification: You must click the verification link sent to your email. Didn’t receive it? Check spam/junk folders or contact support.
• Admin Verification: Admin will verify your submitted information within 72 hours. If you're still unable to sign in after that, please reach out via the "Contact Us" section.

Q4. What should I do after verification is complete?
A.

• Sign in to your account
• Go to Edit Profile to complete your details
• Set your Privacy Settings as per your preference

Q5. Why am I getting an "Invalid Token" error after signing in?
A. Possible reasons:

• Your email verification was not completed properly
• Your admin verification is still pending

Try verifying your email again. If issues persist, try changing your browser or contact the admin team for help.
